How to stop COD4 Hackers?

So I'm trying to figure out how to stop COD4 hacks. I run the KIK.Clan server and we can't deal with all the hacking, punk buster is no help either. These hacks seem to be undetectable by punk buster.

So far, I have found this list of available hacks for cod4:

The problem I'm having is figuring out how to combat the hackers. They ruin the fun for everyone. I think most of the hacks are originating from MSX Security but I can't be sure.

If anyone knows how to fight this, please let me know ASAP. I also made a post over at thoughts.com for the member there. If we get enough people together we may be able to put a dent in this crap.
